Speak Easy 35 was born from a simple conviction: Bay City deserved a place where the coffee is as carefully considered as the cocktails, where the atmosphere feels intentional, and where every visit leaves you better than you arrived.
We opened our doors on 7th Street with one standard — nothing below excellent. That means single-origin beans, house-made syrups, fresh ingredients sourced locally whenever possible, and a team that actually cares about the craft.
By day, we're your coffee destination. By night, we transform into a cocktail bar with a menu that changes with the seasons. The space stays the same — bold, warm, and unapologetically itself — but the energy shifts with every pour.
